Granite is a natural material and is subject to colour and texture variations, only the claims for visible, unnatural cracks and/or manufacturing defects will be considered. While every precaution is taken to prevent this, liability will be limited to the replacement and installation of the material only.
Kalahari Granite cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry work associated with the installation of the granite / quartz / marble / neolith slabs.
Open linkage gaps will be filled with an epoxy resin (maximum width of 4mm).
Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days only.
Prices may be subject to change after the final measurements have been taken on site.
A 60% deposit is required on acceptance of the quotation.
All goods remain the property of Kalahari Granite until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Interest of 2.5% per month will be levied on overdue accounts.
Please allow 7 – 10 working days for delivery and installation from the date of the acceptance of the quote.
